Terms of Service

1. Using the service

The AI Photo Editor (theaiphotoeditor.com) edits photos with AI models. You need to be at least 16 to use it. When you create an account, give a real email address and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results you make. You give us permission to store them, send them to the AI provider that runs your edit and show them back to you. That permission ends when you delete the edit or your account. We don't use your content to train AI models.

You must have the right to edit every photo you upload. If a photo shows someone else, you need their consent.

3. Credits

Edits cost credits. The price of each tool and model is shown before you run it and on the pricing page.

• Free credits from sign-up and the daily check-in can only be used on Style and Standard models. Sign-up credits expire 14 days after they are granted, and each check-in reward expires 7 days after it is claimed.
• The daily check-in is limited to one account per person. We may withhold or remove free credits claimed through multiple or automated accounts.
• If an edit fails, times out or is blocked by the safety filter, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
• Credits from a subscription reset each billing period. Credits from a pack never expire.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Stripe processes all payments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

We may change prices. A new price applies to a subscription from the next renewal after we email you about it.

5. Acceptable use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block an edit, remove content or suspend an account that breaks it.

6. AI results

AI results can be wrong, odd or different each time you run them. Check a result before you rely on it. Don't present an edited photo as a real, unedited record when that could mislead people.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is". Models can be slow, change or be retired by their makers. When a model is replaced we will move your account to the closest one.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. If we close an account for a reason other than misuse, we refund unused paid credits.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Questions go to support@theaiphotoeditor.com.
