Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
The short version
- Only edit photos of people who agreed to it
- No sexual content, and nothing at all involving minors
- No fakes meant to deceive, harass or impersonate
- The safety filter blocks some edits; blocked edits are refunded
1. People in your photos
Only edit photos of real people when you have their consent, or when the edit is plainly harmless, such as removing a stranger from a holiday photo. Don't use the service to undress, sexualize, humiliate or harass anyone.
2. Content we don't allow
- Sexual or nude content of any kind
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Images that promote violence, terrorism or hatred against a group
- Fake documents, IDs, receipts or evidence
- Edits meant to impersonate a real person or deceive people about a real event
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
3. Using the service fairly
- Don't create accounts to collect sign-up credits again.
- Don't automate the site or get around its limits, bot checks or safety filter.
- Don't resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.
4. The safety filter
Every photo and prompt is checked before an edit runs, and every result is checked before we show it. A blocked edit gives its credits back. Filter logs are kept for 90 days so we can review mistakes and repeat abuse.
5. Enforcement
Depending on how serious it is, we may block an edit, delete content, remove credits that were gained unfairly, or suspend or close the account. Accounts closed for misuse don't get refunds.
6. Reporting
To report content or a misuse of the service, email support@theaiphotoeditor.com with a link or description. If you think the filter blocked you by mistake, tell us the date and time of the edit.
