Refund Policy

The short version
- Failed edits give their credits back automatically
- First subscription refundable within 7 days if under 20% used
- Unused credit packs refundable within 14 days
- Cancel any time; you keep your plan to the end of the period
1. Failed edits
If an edit fails, times out or is blocked by the safety filter, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask. Every charge and refund is listed in Settings → Billing.

2. Subscriptions
Your first subscription is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if you used less than 20% of its credits. Renewals and later plan changes are not refunded. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
3. Credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once you start using a pack, the remaining credits stay in your account and never expire.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@theaiphotoeditor.com from the address on your account and include the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually solve billing problems faster. A chargeback suspends the account while it is reviewed.
